Η Πλατεία της Στοάς
των Γιγάντων δημιουργήθηκε κατά τις ανασκαφές της Εν Αθήναις Αρχαιολογικής
Εταιρείας το 1858, στο σημείο μεταξύ των οδών Επωνύμων και Αρείου Πάγου.
Αποτελούσε έναν από τους βασικούς δημόσιους χώρους στο Βρυσάκι, όπου συχνά τα
παιδιά της γειτονιάς έπαιζαν «μέχρι τελικής πτώσεως».
The Square of the Stoa of the Giants was created during the excavations of the Archaeological Society at Athens in 1858, at the junction between Eponymon and Areiou Pagou Streets. It was one of the main public spaces in Vryssaki, where the children of the neighbourhood often played (and fought).
