Η οδός Αρείου Πάγου, ο μακρύτερος και πιο πολυσύχναστος δρόμος της συνοικίας ξεκινούσε από την οδό Αδριανού (απέναντι από την εκκλησία του Αγίου Φιλίππου) και ανηφόριζε μέχρι τον Άρειο Πάγο. Ακολουθούσε τη χάραξη της αρχαίας οδού των Παναθηναίων. Και σήμερα μπορούμε να την περπατήσουμε ανηφορίζοντας προς την Ακρόπολη από την είσοδο του αρχαιολογικού χώρου της Αρχαίας Αγοράς.


Areiou Pagou Street, the longest and busiest street in the district, started from Adrianou Street (opposite the church of Agios Philippos) and ascended towards the Areopagus Rock. It followed the alignment of the ancient Panathenaic Way. Even today we can follow the same route uphill to the Acropolis all the way from the entrance of the archaeological site of the Ancient Agora.
